First Impressions of Omaha
The weather isn’t ideal
The people are friendly
It’s bigger than I thought it would be.
I wish they offered more pre-natal yoga classes
There are not too many housewives living down town.
We probably don’t live in the safest part of town.
I like our branch/ church congregation… it’s been easy to
make friends
The dog misses the mountains and probably Nate’s mom
We miss the mountains and Nate’s mom
Corn and soybean fields are pretty
Humidity is just as bad as I remember it
We seem to be a racial minority in our neighborhood, and it
is refreshing
Our neighbors have a funny little dog that looks like a
puppet
I love my mid-wife practice
People think natural birth is dangerous
The employees at Trader Joe’s are a little crazy, and I like
them
No IKEA, but there is a Nebraska Furniture Mart
I love my iphone
It’s boring being a housewife without kids
Only boring people get bored
I’m picking up crafting
In about 10-12 weeks this will be a mommy blog
